Ispaghula Husk™?
ThankGod Ispaghula Husk™ is pure dried Plantago ovata
seed husk. Plantago ovata or Psyllium plant is

- How to use
ThankGod Ispaghula Husk™?
- The usual dose is 1-3
teaspoonfuls of
ThankGod Ispaghula Husk™.
- Take the desired
amount of
ThankGod Ispaghula Husk™ in one glass of water or
fruit juice (i.e. 250 ml), stir briskly and drink it
immediately.
- An extra glass of
water should preferably be taken after the usual
dose.
- It is preferably to be
taken at bed time.
- Do not exceed the
recommended dose.

consult your doctor.
- Keep a minimum gap of
30 minutes before/after taking any other medication.
- Keep out of reach of
children
